OH, OH, OH, waving hand wildly. I knew, and I also knew that Huber reported to Sessions now Whitaker. NOT Rosenstein. Duh, I thought every adult knew that.

Wasn’t this the guy the insufferable Sessions apologists were crowing about having 60,000 sealed indictments?

To further elaborate on what the cooperation means is that the OIG (Horowitz) can only recommend prosecutions. Huber can conduct grand juries to investigate any possible crimes that come from the OIG investigation (or any leads from what Huber finds as a result of his work). Many, including me, have hopes that Huber will yield much fruit in prosecuting the derps.

Many have been anxious for something to unfold from Huber. It is critical that this must be done right as the push back from the Ds/MSM will be huge. I am hopeful that Trumps EO of late 2017 that involves military tribunals is an integral part of this process.

One very big troubling thing is that it has been noted by some that Huber has not interviewed key people that you think would have been interviewed. A case in point is Campbell (the FBI informant and eye witness to Uranium One) who is Victoria Toensing’s client has not been interviewed by Huber. This is from a very recent interview with her husband Joe Degenova.

Lastly, I am not sure the benefit of the house hearings unless the OIG report comes out and Huber releases indictments. Then the testimony would be great. If not, Huber will not divulge anything he has this in his testimony as that is an ongoing investigation.

Sessions done good.

Really?

How about you providing us with a short list of his accomplishments.

I'll await your response.

.

Lots of people were scammed by the Conservative Treehouse and the Q thing.

It was obvious - Sessions was Rosenstein’s boy.

It was obvious - IG Horowitz is a tool for the DOJ. He’s careful to find only things that are handled internally, with a slap on the wrist and a pat on the back behind closed doors.

Where are the indictments? McCabe? Strzok? Lisa Page? Ohr?

Just like they waited until Friday afternoon on a long weekend and published a statement in defense Imran Awan.

Hell, Bruce Ohr still works in the DOJ!

Comey and Mueller staffed these agencies for 20 years, or more.

Huber was simply a way to curtail the calls from the House to appoint a 2nd Special Counsel - and there’s no way in hell Rosenstein / Sessions / Mueller we’re going to allow that.

Look at the donations from the DOJ, they’re big backers of Hillary and Obama before that.

.

There is a simple explanation to all this: The GOP does not/will support POTUS taking on the kenyan and Hillary for their criminal assault against him. They never cared Obama’s IRS assaulted us and they don’t care Trump’s constitional rights were violated.

Without his party on his flanks no President could engage in such a historic battle. Even worse, the GOP want him hobbled so his power is limited and they can set the beltway agenda from Congress. We get endless delays and obfuscations from both the GOP and to some extent POTUS. If it became known how little of the executive branch he actually controls it would seriously damage his reelection bid. So we get happy talk about POTUS working together with the Congressional GOP to advance a MAGA agenda. Not happening, unfortunately. “I voted for my wife” Romney and rest of the GOPe have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt they prefer progressive Democrats to the MAGA agenda and the GOP base voters.

That sums it up quite well. 97% of DOJ donations went to that corrupt, felonious, treasonous, harpy, hillary rotten clinton. Let that sink in.

Everyone with an IQ above room temp knew what sessions was up to when he first recused himself in the face of a hoax.

Huber isn’t making anyone nervous dummy, that’s part of the plan.

Oh, he's making YOU nervous, decepticon. Your whole anti-Trump shtick about NOTHING'S HAPPENING, HUBER IS A LARP, and that other thing is crumbling.

Huber is making the entire derp state nervous, and that includes you, goodman. You know it. I know it.

Explain to me how Humber is just working on graffiti cases in Utah again. Or was that your brother, Jack. I get you guys mixed up sometimes.

Check out my mac truck pic.

Huber and his prosecutors were to report directly to the AG and the DAG, "as appropriate"

It's as I said.

It's absolutely NOT as you said. You couldn't be more wrong. Huber was to report DIRECTLY to Sessions. Check the paperwork.

No wonder you anti-Sessions jackals were so rabid. Your disease was based on ignorance. I wonder how you (the honest one) would have felt if you knew certain basic facts.

I guess we'll never know.

“If it became known how little of the executive branch he actually controls...”

If people really knew what was going on with their corrupt stasi state vis a vis Trump, they would have already descended upon the swamp.

The Trump administration can take on the derps by itself. Jonathan Turley wrote an article shortly after Huber was announced by Sessions (I think around March) that it more more effective than a Special Counsel.

Elements of successful prosecution are getting all the ducks in order which takes time - we are all inpatient, cleaning out the DOJ (or at least the part that walls off the Huber investigation), use of military tribunals to try and prosecute (eliminates the crooked judges of DC).

Sessions appointed Huber. There are many frustrated with Sessions. My take is that he is an honorable man who was in over his head. He got played by Franken at his confirmation hearing and Yates who gave him erroneous advice in which he based his recusal on. Sessions is proud and his integrity is important to him. I believe that was used effectively against Sessions.

Another aspect of this is Trump. He is very shrewd and is used to long term planning (as any competent CEO is - of which he was a very successful CEO). I am hopeful that there is good strategy for not releasing the documents. It should be part of the process to prime the public. Perhaps the fact that his EO on military tribunals comes into effect in January 2019 is an important part of the timing. Counting on the House to do effective investigations is a fool’s errand (see Benghazi - although it did uncover Hillary’s e-mails, and did any House investigation in Trump’s 1st term yield benefits).

And Al Capone was finally taken down by the treasury department.

RICO investigations are complicated, more so when digging into a Pandora’s Box like the Clinton Foundation. Massive amounts of money moved, numerous sovereign foreign entities, and a lot of people with very expensive lawyers.

The government is only going to have one legit shot at this.

The President was waiting for the midterms to be over. Judging by the dem histrionics around Whitaker, I suspect he just might be a hatchet kind of guy.

Yeah, I wish they had all been locked up by now, too. But, I’d prefer that they do it right. Leave no possibilities for significant evidence to be excluded. Take nothing for granted regarding a potential mistrial.

I have to disagree about the FBI field office in Little Rock not accomplishing anything. The Clintons are *despsed* in Arkansas. The FBI has gotten plenty of cooperation. Just because no one is announcing it publicly does not mean it didn’t happen.

President Trump wants these people punished even more than we do. It’s not part of his nature to roll over and play dead. He is a very aggressive person, not intimidated by the Clintoons, or anyone else.

The confluence of two events—the end of the midterms and the hiring of Whitaker are making me believe we are finally on the right track.

Sessions was recused you ignorant wretch

Yep. He was. And his recused ass had the nerve to appoint Huber to investigate the Clinton foundation, which is reported today that he will be testifying about on December 5 in front of Congress.

But, wait. How can that be? Sessions was recused.

Dude. Maybe logic isn't your game. I know. Let's have a spelling contest.

p.s. It's not too late to back-pedal. I'll try to forget how ignroant you've sounded for about five months now.

😉

Again, reported out of ignorance. Huber is working in DIRECT cooperation with the IG office (Horowitz). Which means that Huber has access to ALL of Horowitz' files, interviews, and information.

Did Huber interview certain subjects? No he did not. Did he have to? No he did not.

Simple stuff, really.

So, Huber reported to Sessions who was recused on all matters Hillary? How did that work?

Remember when that deep-state compromised d!ckless leprechaun was fired a couple of weeks ago? He got a round of applause by the corrupt hillary voters of the DOJ. Yet you and EEE still genuflect to the midget.

Say no to huffin whippet canisters and drinking anti-freeze

You make a good point about Huber having access to all of Horowitz’s files. That probably covers some of my earlier recollections. I do recall now seeing that explanation.

I was unduly influenced by hearing DeGenova’s recent interview as well as his blast of the process including Huber. For the Uranium One, his wife’s client would need to be interviewed and he has not been - Joe would know that fact.
