‘Like a Terror Movie’: How Climate Change Will Cause More Simultaneous Disasters
New York Times ^ | November 19, 2018 | By John Schwartz

Global warming is posing such wide-ranging risks to humanity, involving so many types of phenomena, that by the end of this century some parts of the world could face as many as six climate-related crises at the same time, researchers say.

This chilling prospect is described in a paper published Monday in Nature Climate Change, a respected academic journal, that shows the effects of climate change across a broad spectrum of problems, including heat waves, wildfires, sea level rise, hurricanes, flooding, drought and shortages of clean water.

The paper projects future trends and suggests that, by 2100, unless humanity takes forceful action to curb the greenhouse gas emissions that drive climate change, some tropical coastal areas of the planet, like the Atlantic coast of South and Central America, could be hit by as many as six crises at a time.

Not to mention the damage caused by environmental extremists preventing fire mitigation efforts and building homes in areas susceptible to catastrophic fires.

Substitute “minimal sunspot activity” for “global warming” and the article reads much better

Here's how:

If any two things happen at once - or within a week or a month (or so) - then the cause is Climate Change.

The universe is only 6000 years old and it only has a few more years before the end times per the bible.

And by far the very worse Global Warming double whammy is experiencing a drought and flood at the same time. It will leave you stunned and wondering what happened at the same time!

Total bullshit. At best, CO2 forecast "global warming" increases energy capture by 1.5 watts per square meter. The super solar grand minimum reduces total solar irradiance by 8 watts per square meter when coupled with the Milankovitch positioning of the sun a greater distance from earth. That's a net loss of 6.5 watts per square meter of warming input from the sun. Forecast time frame starting 2020. Ending 350 to 400 years in the future. Most critical near term period 2028 to 2032 when food shortages should be expected for lack of enough sunlight to grow crops. The idiot global warming crowd wants to tax us into poverty with a huge lie. Instead, they will have to deal with famine accelerated by their intentional misreading of an impending ice age.

Yeah, we got an early freeze in N Texas. Harvested our potatoes today that only made it to marble and golf ball size before getting whacked.

I’m still puzzled...Is climate change warming or cooling this week???

If warming, is that good news or bad news?
If cooling is that bad news or good news?

And has anyone told the sun to stop its foolish fluctuations so we can slow down and figger this all out?

Perhaps this is one of those “events” to which they are referring:

From the sky huge hailstones, each weighing about a hundred pounds, fell on people. And they cursed God on account of the plague of hail, because the plague was so terrible.
-Revelation 16:21
