This has to stop - now! What next? An Obama judge telling the President that he cannot order troops to defend the nation from an armed attack? Oh wait, that’s EXACTLY what this ruling purports to do. The government has proof that the caravan is full of criminals and potential terrorists, and a judge wants to tie the hands of the Commander in Chief. Washington could never have defeated the British under this type of judicial dictatorship. The separation of powers needs to be enforced by unilateral declaration of the President. Going to the USSC is accepting that judges have the right to overrule the CIC on issues of national security. They do not, and should not be asked for permission.
