We need a law that permits use of the race card under specific conditions of actal discrimination.....not when you get caught flat footed in a crime or with your hands in the cookie jar.
When Snipes pulls the Race Card, it illustrates how incompetent she is.
It’s laughable when Snipes is characterized as “incompetent.” She’s a very calculated lady with hidden agendas.

It is a b-i-g mistake to think Brenda Snipes is incompetent or foolish. Snipes is a sly fox,
and knows more about the election laws, loopholes and ways to circumvent the law than the elections official themselves.
She doesn’t do anything by accident - she just does the “shuck and jive” routine to play the role.
FOR INSTANCE-—Snipes calculatedly designed ballots to generate under-votes (blank votes) for the senate election.
That way Snipes and her cohorts can fill in the blank and change it to a vote for the democrat.
This isn’t her first rodeo - she has been in this job scamming elections for 15 years. Check out her history of election wrongdoing.
Those are just the times she happened to get caught. And she still managed to keep her $200K job.
Snipes has figured out myriad ways to scam an election; she has more crooked lives than a black cat.

Naples Daily News: Democrats planned to use altered forms to fix mail ballots across Florida.......after the deadline. Under Florida state law governing “fraudulent practices,” it’s a third-degree felony to “knowingly and willfully ... make or use any false document, knowing the same to contain any false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry” connected to the Department of State. While the fraud statute is not contained in the state’s election code, it relates to the 2018 election because the affidavit in question concerned the elections division, which falls under the Department of State.
Keep in mind...falsifying official documents is the preferred criminal method to cover-up larger crimes.

The Georgia General Assembly then adopted the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), patterned after a similar federal law.
(RICO is routinely used to try to prove that a legal business was being used for illegal means, and, in at its inception, RICO was used to prosecute drug traffickers or organized crime members).
In recent years prosecutors have applied RICO to crooked government officials: (1) those accused of using their public offices for personal gain, and, (2) tax-paid officials of govt agencies using public monies to flout the law.
To bring a case under Georgias RICO law, there must be at least two underlying felonies such as fraud, bribery, witness tampering (among other felonies).
RICO allows prosecutors to include multiple defendants charged with various crimes in the blanket indictment, and to charge that govt employees, publicy-funded and publicly-sanctioned entities were allegedly part of an ongoing criminal enterprise.
EXAMPLE A govt official commits two felonies by (1) accepting, and, (2) filing falsified documents.
UPDATE Georgia tried convicted and jailed 27 corrupt teachers under this law.....for falsely taking public money, falsifying official school records, and so on.

ITEM---Any public official using tax dollars to flout that law is a lawbreaker.
ITEM-- in cases where govt officials on the public payroll not giving public notice is a violation at the federal level of the 1946 Administrative Procedure Act, which requires notice in the Federal Register. Laws demand that taxpayers have the opportunity to submit views in writing.
