WASHINGTON—A federal judge granted an emergency motion to restore the White House press credential of CNN correspondent Jim Acosta—a victory for the network in a closely watched press-freedom case.
The lawsuit could determine whether the government can ban individual reporters from public buildings.
District Judge Timothy Kelly, who was appointed to the bench by President Trump, granted CNN’s request for a restraining order temporarily restoring Mr. Acosta’s press access to the White House while the case proceeds.
Lawyers for Mr. Acosta, the network’s chief White House correspondent, argued that the unusual revocation of a reporter’s press pass by the White House last week necessitated emergency action.

“Judge agrees with the White House that there is no first amendment right to come onto the White House grounds. HOWEVER once they do open up WH grounds to reporters but denies others, first amendment comes into play.”
This is craziness, because if it is applied consistently it means nothing less than every “reporter” in the country must be allowed into WH press briefings. If the WH doesn’t have enough control over the WH to decide who has a press pass (the judge is clearly violating the Constitution’s separation of powers here), then everyone must be allowed to have one.
Boom. He’s exactly right.
SIMPLE:
TAKE NO QUESTIONS FROM ACOSTA EVER. TAKE NO QUESTIONS FROM CNN.
Sheesh.
Off course they win. They always do.
So when disruptors barge into this Judge’s courtroom and create disorder, this ruling can serve as protection against throwing out the disruptors?
We the people can do something.
We can go to EVERY advertiser for the ENTIRE CNN “network”. Tell them that another purchase of their product will never happen again until they drop CNN or CNN drops Acosta.
They will put enough pressure on CNN that they will leave Acosta on the unemployment line.
tell the SS not to let him in and arrest him if he does...
The Courts can’t tell the President who they can or can’t let into the President home

In the stupid WB press briefing & conference and the problem goes away!

He is a poltical coward afraid to uphold his oath of office because “the press” would then say mean things about him.
So in typical Judicial coward fashion, he kicked the can down the road to avoid having to make a real judgement

Any Federal judge who believes he or her has MORE AUTHORITY THAN THE PRESIDENT SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY DISBARRED.
The White House needs to APPEAL THIS AND/OR DEFY THE RULING!
