Brenda Snipes, the supervisor of elections in Floridas Broward County, does not deserve to be within a thousand miles of any election office anywhere in these United States. She should be fired at the earliest possible opportunity.
Snipes has held her position since 2003, in which year her predecessor, Miriam Oliphant, was suspended for grave neglect, mismanagement and incompetence and, quite literally, marched out of her office. Alas, Snipes has proven no better at fulfilling her duties than was Oliphant. On Friday, a court in Broward County found that Snipes was guilty of violating both Floridas public-records laws and the states constitution by failing to provide mandatory updates to the public, and it ordered the immediate release of the missing information. As that ruling was coming down, Snipess office was laying out more lawsuit bait. According to the Miami Herald, an election worker found bags of uncounted early ballots in the Broward County office ballots whose provenance could not be established. Snipes, meanwhile, was busy mixing together rejected provisional ballots and accepted provisional ballots, processing them all together. She justified her decision to add these provisional ballots to the official tally on the grounds that it would be better to include some illegal votes than to nix the legal ones with which, by her own incompetence, they had been blended.

Fire and then proscecute. She violated FL law or US law or both.
The editors of National Review are obviously very raciss.
There should be a Federal law requiring election rolls to be purged ANNUALLY of deceased or moved voters and spot checks fir illegal voters.
I never cared for her brother, Wesley, either.
Both are snakes!
Unfortunately, if Snipes were removed from office tonight, the damage she has done to the integrity of the election is beyond repair.
That is all she and the democrats care about. Mission accomplished. She will be richly rewarded.
Normally I would chuckle at an R taking action, but she just MIGHT end up in some trouble.
Scott showed some good courage in standing up to the farce and more and more Rs, even Linda, are showing courage.
It starts at the top with the POTUS.
It’s trickle down courage :)
Two in a row. Did Oliphant know Snipes prior to her Jeb Bush appointment? Who is really calling the shots in Broward/Palm Beach? Apparently there really is someone behind the curtain that needs to be seen.
Somebody in charge had better get serious about the brazen criminal activity we are all seeing happen in Florida, Georgia, Arizona, California, and other States. It’s all Democrat. Past time to step in, and stop the games.
Yeah definitely!
county didn’t fire Sheriff Israel after Parkland
The africanization of America.
They spelled “Arrest” wrong in the headline.
Sometimes I like to read at night before bed. You know...light, feel good stuff.
Florida has an open records law whereby the email and text messages of public officials such as....Ms. Brenda Snipes are to be made available to the public upon request.
Thats exactly the kind of reading material that could give me a great nights sleep.
I agree with #4 post yes the head of BREC did all ready file a law suit and a judge said no.....Democrat judge of course...I believe a state law should be done....
So the cowardly NR cucks found the intestinal fortitude to criticize a black woman? Wow.
I agree with this.
What should be done in those counties will make the regulations the Feds placed on the Southern states look like child's play.
To this list we should add the following in Georgia:
Fulton
Dekalb
Clayton
Gwinnett
In AZ:
Maricopa
The entire state of CA.
So, why hasnt she been fired? Why hasnt she been arrested? Is ANYONE doing their job? Where is Florida AG, Pam Bondi? Everyone is a coward... it seems.
Fire, that’s not the word I’m thinking. Execute, now that’s more like it.
Ain't that the truth !
