The new employees have established a diversity professional organization to set “standards.” This is wealth redistribution to people who, likely, would never earn so much money anywhere else. Those staff are a highly motivated political organization. Once something like that is established, it can never be gotten rid of.

Because of security issues all government new hires and employees must be required to have a thorough background check.
Additionally, hiring must be American citizens.
Diversity alone is not an acceptable qualifying criterion for hiring. New hires must be qualified for the position and they must be American citizens.
President Trump should insist on this policy for all government positions. We are well aware of how incompetents get hired just so hiring managers can show diversity in their work force.
This is how the Drivers license debacle started.
