Something is rotten in Palm Beach County Florida elections, where Democrats want to count votes cast by non-citizens.
During review of provisional ballots to determine whether a recount is justified in the tight Florida governor, senate, and agriculture commission races, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Bucher identified a voter as a non-citizen and declared that the ballot would not be counted.
Attorneys representing the Democratic candidate for senate Bill Nelson and the Democratic candidate for governor Andrew Gillum objected. A copy of the uncertified transcript shows the interaction.
It is time to Push our Congressman's button hard.
This must END. If they succeed in destroying the rule of law, the Nation is Finished.
Then I would argue that they should allow votes from those of us who don’t live there and have never even been there.
The Dimocrat Party desperately gasping for their last breaths just as they’re moving onto life support.
So much for the leftists’ concern about foreign meddling in elections.
There must be HUNDREDS of those ‘provisional” ballots cast by the huge number of newly registered illegals, thanks to the women democrats that have been signing up anyone able to draw an X on the form (perhaps an exaggeration, but not too far from the truth). Saw it with my own eyes. They were stationed in front of Aldi and Dollar Tree. And probably the Spanish groceries.
The problem is that the Democratic Congress believes in this. That’s why Trump has to get all the judges in place to help combat this craziness. If the Florida Supreme Court does not rule against this then it will go to the Supreme Court. I believe the Dems are also strategizing. They are definitely looking towards the future and we the people must stop them
So in a tax fraud case, the attorney should argue that paying taxes is wrong?
It’s one think for morons to say that non citizens should have the vote in political discussion. But it’s quite another thing to for lawyers to openly suborn fraud in a legal proceeding.
And one other point about fraudulent ballots: The weekend before election day there was a huge surge of snowbirds jamming up our roads and stores. I have a feeling that they all came down from NJ/NY to vote (again).
Counting votes of illegal aliens in national elections begins. This has been the goal.
Were they arguing that votes from noncitizens should be counted or that the discounted votes might be from citizens?
Yes.
More ComDem Insanity.
Yes, it happens.
“””Broward had also failed to report early voting ballots, which is a violation of state law that requires local canvassing boards to report all early voting and absentee results to the state within 30 minutes after the polls close.”””
Early and Absentee Voting is a big deal. 73% of the votes cast in 2016 were Early and Mail-IN (absentee) in Broward County. Broward County has no excuse for not reporting these numbers within 30 minutes after the polls close.
Broward County 2016 Voting Pattern
Same day 213,112
Early 426,592
Mail-In 202,904
Provisional 1,623
TOTAL 844,231

ComDems are “sure” they are totally above the law.
Obama taught them that.
Such a corrupt racket, it really sickens me daily......
Absolutely Correct.
With both coasts & big cities casting votes, including illegal aliens, I'm afraid we would be swamped, and their claim of winning the popular vote would have valid meaning. Instead of the stupidity of the claim as the votes currently are entirely just within the state, and the popular vote is required to win anyway. 8>)
Excuse - yea what are you going to do about it?
OK, Identify them and fix it where they never become citizens and deport them with malice.
