My own dumpster fire, Massachusetts, was able to turn New Hampshire deep blue. New York ruined Vermont. The northeast in general is exporting stupid to Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas, while California destroyed Colorado and is in the process of murdering Montana, Arizona, Nevada and Texas.

And yet, despite the mass migration from these states, they never get less blue. How are there enough lefties to overwhelm every conservative state, while maintaining and expanding socialism in their original hosts?

That’s what I’d like to know, since we on the Right are keeping our children and they are aborting most of theirs.

>> California destroyed Colorado

in the old days, Coloradans used to bitch about how the Texans arrived en mass and clogged up the ski slopes. Then the Californicators started arriving. Seen on a bumper sticker years ago:

“At least the Texans went home after ski season” (-:

Idaho just passed Proposition 2 with 62% of the vote. Prop 2 "allows people who make less than 138% of poverty-level income to qualify for Medicaid health insurance coverage, even if they don’t have children or a disability."

I really didn't think it had any chance of passing. The creeping socialism disease is infecting one of the last bastions of freedom in the country.

The Idaho Freedom Foundation is arguing that Proposition 2 is worded in such a way that it unconstitutionally cedes control to the federal government and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

The prop addresses that is called "the gap population," people who make too much to get on Idaho’s current Medicaid system, but too little to get subsidies on the exchange. As a result, they are often left without access to health care except through emergency rooms.

Prop 2 requires that everybody gets the same ten "essential benefits." This includes young adult males being required to be covered with maternity care (even though that's probably not necessary for a young adult male). The ten essential benefits make it very expensive. Shades of that federal health program...what was it called? Named after some Kenyan Moslem sleaze ball president as I recall.

Naturally, funding for Idaho Medicaid expansion would come from both federal and state money. Occasio-Cortez can relate to that because it's just "funding" and there is lots of that available.

It is called “voter fraud”. There aren’t enough of them, but the Republican party is terrified of them, believes they are the majority and capitulates to them at every opportunity.
