There's still 6,400 votes to count. MacArthur's chances of beating Kim are slim

With at least 6,400 provisional ballots still left to be counted, it's looking unlikely -- but not impossible -- that incumbent Republican Tom MacArthur will be able to take back the 3rd congressional district from current front-runner, Democrat Andy Kim.

It will be early next week by the time election workers in two New Jersey counties finish counting the remaining ballots, and despite Kim declaring a victory on Wednesday, MacArthur has not conceded.

As of late Friday, Kim held a lead of 3,424 votes over MacArthur -- 150,311 to 146,887. Those figures included mail-in ballots but not the provisionals.

At this point, the Senate is all that really matters.

I now live in a state (NJ) that is practically pure “blue”. For those who say there was no blue wave is a little naive. We lost the House and our Senate majority may be shrinking. The Blue now BOOKENDS America with PURPLE creep coming from the South with the North no guarantee for 2020.Most races were pretty tight. The GOP NEEDS to get its head out of its posterior and conservatives better wake up.

Evil has crept in and taking root of too many cities and into subburbs - we (USA) almost needs a selective sweep by God across the land, like He did as the last plague before Phoaroah let the Israelites go, but this time stratigically taking out those He deems too far gone against Him and our country based on His ways/word.

DEMOCRATS are disgusting subhuman malignancies on civil society. Pox on these uncivil degenerates. May they rot.
