Big Brother.
Because the Governor-elect ought to consider the cultures of drug and alcohol abuse, the neglected mentally ill, and systems of overall corruption and deceit common among many elected officials and law enforcement personnel. Whether he would have the courage to confront these things, as opposed to the so called “gun culture” is likely another matter altogether.
My retirement and departure from this state can’t come soon enough.

We so loved the beauty of California. But hated the ‘life is cheap’ attitude of too many. Newsom will further destroy the State. So sorry for friends who are there with no way to get out.

In the late 50’s my Brother took his .22 Rifle to School twice a week. He was in the Gun Club and they had a Range in the Basement.
He never shot anyone.
This was on Long Island in New York.
I wonder if Dems like Newsom found this gun culture objectionable back then?

There is no gun culture. The Western movies are a thing of the past.
There is a subculture that needs to be looked at. It’s the product of years of liberalism that makes people think that it’s OK to act out one’s anger by killing people.
Crazies have used cars to kill people, is that caused by the car culture or crazies?
Newsom should take California out of the Union and join Mexico. Their gun laws are just what he wants.
