The state's Republicans are seeking an injunction to stop the tabulation of unconfirmed ballots that have been verified after the polls closed, meaning some votes may not be counted.

Just like in Florida in 2000, you can’t have a case where some counties get extra days to have their votes counted while others do not. That was the finding of the SCOTUS when the Gore Campaign tried to get recounts in Dade, Palm Beach and Broward counties. That would have discriminated against the state’s other 64 counties which did not get that....and in any event, there was no statewide law setting the terms as to how a recount had to be conducted in each county.

I was born in '47 during Truman's Presidency, and remember Ike running for office, and I'd never seen shit like this until the 2000 election with hanging chads, pregnant chads, dimpled chads, tri chads, swinging door chads and, of course, hanging door chads.
I guess we should cheat too in conservative districts and just keep finding new votes matching the ones they find?

And does this mean that your vote could be disregarded, even if you sent it in on time, if the signature wasn’t verified in time? So if there is a large voter turnout, all the votes aren’t counted if they didnt pman accordingly?

Sedition, that is correct, and for those that took an oath of allegiance, it is worse, it is treason.
What is needed is a probable cause that allows NSA/NGA monitoring to be brought as evidence, all comms and correspondence, and geo surveillance of suspects brought forward as evidence to pin conspiracy to defraud, election tampering, sedition, treason, subversion.
The death penalty would be an option with a conviction of treason.
The DNC doesn’t need no stinking Russians to steal elections. Is this called collusion or voter fraud?
Senate seats are good for 6 years. They’ve stolen them before. Doesn’t mean we should let them get away with it.
