Wish we had more time to take apart Gillum. Those Kevin McCarthy “GOTV” radio ads here in FL were so annoying.

Yes. See first sheet at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1R0FrYArdawmxaC8LldbE-V2q2zgyNTmWGak_qfaua1c/edit#gid=1297878400 . However, beware that Panhandle turnout is obviously suppressed by Michael.

I don’t believe in “independent” states. If R’s are coming out in droves in FL, they are coming out in droves everywhere.

Expect fake news to make late calls.

Its gonna be a long night if this bears out.

I hope you are correct. What I do know is that I far prefer high turnout among Is than Ds.

Gillum is a fresh face and has a good tan. He campaigns hard. I am hopefully but that we can beat him but it will be close.

It’s Broward county. The “votes” will appear.

FWIW - just voted in FL panhandle - non hurricane effected area. The poll workers said it was very busy. I was concerned that early voting was cannibalizing the election day turnout.

I don’t know if they are panicking or they are just saying they are panicking. They are trying to motivate their people.

Nope. They are panicking. The numbers are what they are. Before voting started this morning, registered Democrats made up 56% of those who voted early/by mail in Broward. As of 11 am this morning, when you added in the voters who have shown up on election day, registered Dems were roughly 46% of the voters in Broward. In other words, Dem turnout is down compared to Republican/Unaffiliated turnout. They are shitting their pants.

Yup.

They need to surpass their 2016 turnout to beat the GOP. Ain’t happening.

Probably true across the country. Trump is headed for a historic win.

But it is/was early in the day. I suspect democratic turnout is higher as a percent of total votes in the midday time frame rather then early or late

If the networks call it early, its a good Dem night.

If they call it late, you can be sure it isn’t the cards.
