Let's go to the polls Freepers!
Report in when you have voted.
Also add any observations or voting experiences.
Thanks all.
Over on the right hand side. You click the category of race you’re looking at. I think it’s a summary of everything.
That poll is crap. Stacy Abrams was down by as much as 12 points in other polls.
I voted about 45 minutes ago.
It was cold, miserable, and pouring rain, but the parking lot was almost full.
The usual gaggle of greeters was there but it appeared that there was only one DemonRat amongst them, and all the rest were Republicans. Never seen that disparity before.
My precinct never seems to have a line, but the other precincts that share the same location had lines, maybe 50 people total.
And something I have NEVER seen before, there was a cop in his car sitting at the very far end of the parking lot with the lights on and (I assume) the engine running.
And unrelated but interesting...
I stopped in at the local Walmart to pick up a few things, and used the self serve checkout. There was a sticker on the machine of some sort, and someone had written “ICE” on it with a Sharpie.
I waited about 20 minutes before the doors opened and was 3rd in line, because I figured that was easier than possibly an hour later on.
The poll workers were really slow, it seemed like they had new people.
I made a stray ink mark so had to start over - by the time it was counted, I was #6.
I voted here in Small town in Northeast Missouri, there were more people there than ever before. There are several Amendments on the Ballot. Voted straight Republican ticket.
+2 more conservative votes here in Washington State - the land of “motor voter” and everything vote by mail. Talk about a perfect storm for vote fraud. It assures Washington remains a dark shade of blue.
Voted about 9:15 this AM in southern part of Charlotte (Mecklenburg County) North Carolina. I must’ve caught it right after the commuters were done, and right before the stay-at-homes went out as I walked right up to the table where there was no line, got my form completed, was escorted to one of several open voting machines, and was out the door in about 10 minutes total.
My wife was about 15 minutes behind me and said she was 6th in line when she got there, and the line was 20+ deep when she left.
Southern California. Pretty crowded for 7:30 am. I don’t know if that is good or bad, since it’s California, but we have some conservatives in town. I looked for the “Heck no!” button but did not see it.
We voted when the doors opened the first day of early voting in TN — 10/17/18. The line was very long.
I just went back and it’s down.
RCP has the dems picking up just about all over the place. I don’t know if I believe any of it.
Voted in a solidly red precinct so Im only helping the overall count! Had about a 30 minute wait but it didnt seem as bad the 2010 lines. Been voting here for more than 20 years - when I first started voting here nobody showed up for the midterms.
Voted (with wife) Friday in Las Vegas.
Done. North Texas straight red!
I voted (Colorado)
Wife and 2 daughters voted. They do not normally vote on the mid-terms.
It’s a joke about what we know really goes on behind the scene.
I voted in Indy
.
RCP will be getting very quiet soon.
The numbers are running HUGE foe the Red wave.
Just voted in Virginias second district. Ive worked 5he polls here in the past and never saw this kind of traffic at 11:00 in the morning. The lines today were more like the lines you see before work. I surfed the Red Wave all the way down through the school board.
I voted weeks ago, in Maryland. My wife will go vote after lunch.
