Can U or Laz (or anyone else) please tell me if the absentee ballots (including military) and the early voter ballots are included in the totals given on the websites, or not?

early voter ballots (the unchallenged ones) ARE counted in the results ... also
.. Except for ballots which are rejected as defective, all absentee ballots are cast and counted by the poll workers on Election Day. Absentee ballots are included in the final tallies, and are counted whether or not an election contains a close race.

Sorry, I don’t know for sure, but I think absentee are held back; no idea at all about military.
