I have Fox up on my PC. Looking at the Probability Meter.

Can anyone give me a rational reason as to why they think the Dems have an 80% chance of capturing the House?

That Fox probability meter for the House is a joke. 538 is more realistic.

They said they have analysts looking at all the country and making decisions baased on thaat analysis of arcane but pertinent details.

The meter is the best way to didplay the complex data
