During a November 4 appearance on CNNs State of the Union Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams (D) admitted that a possible outcome of her gun control plans could be that people would turn their guns in.
Tapper reminded the viewing audience that Abrams co-sponsored Georgia HB 731 on January 2016. He pointed out that Abrams co-sponsors admitted the bill would require gun owners of these particular models to turn their guns in.
Abrams did not try to hide her support for HB 731, rather, she said that was simply the beginning of a conversation. She then made clear that as her control push continues it is still unknown if the outcome will be grandfathering in, about whether or not people would turn their guns in, whether there would be buybacks.

Luv the picture, which NHL team did she play for?
Georgia,s first gun ban was thrown out by the STATE Supreme Court because it violated the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution of the USA. Here is the State Court’s ruling in 1846.
Nunn v. State
, 1 Ga. (1 Kel.) 243, at 251 (1846).
The right of the people to bear arms shall not be infringed. The right of the whole people,
old and young, men, women and boys, and not militia only, to keep and bear arms of every
description, and not such merely as are used by the militia, shall not be infringed, curtailed, or
broken in upon, in the smallest degree; and all this for the important end to be attained: the rearing
up and qualifying a well-regulated militia, so vitally necessary to the security of a free State.
:)
Say it loud, Ms. Abrams, and keep saying it.
If not for their double standards Leftists would have have no standards at all.
Do Georgians want the Abrams pos to be their governor? Do Floridians want the Gillum pos to be their governor? I sincerely hope not.
This candidate for Type 1 diabetes doesn’t realize that what is not registered cannot be confiscated, unless the entire state law enforcement apparatus is sent to kick down doors and search every home.
That pic of those armed Black Pampers (AK-47, tactical 870, and tricked out AR-15) will send scads of whites both to the voting booths and to the gun stores.
Those fools were openly campaigning for her with those guns in plain sight.
Are those guns allowed in Georgia, and could that grandstanding be considered threatening to the community? Enough for authorities to go after them?
Shades of the Black Panthers in Pennsylvania at the polls when Obama was running.
Only if they see it. Is it on the nightly news there?
Nasty or not, she has the backing of GA Jimmuh and Oprah.”””
The evidence shows that the combined IQ of all 3 of them barely scratches 120.
Guns are pretty common where I live in rural Nevada, but if I stood out on a public street dressed like that with those weapons, the Sheriff would have me picked up within minutes.

Yes and no. Georgia's 30% black will very likely be for her 90% or more. The ITP (Inside The Perimeter) white liberals (totally clueless as to what they're voting for other than they think themselves to be virtue signaling to vote for a BF) will vote for her. The yankee aliens who moved to GA to escape the messes that their voting liberal Dem in places like NY, MA, etc. made of their home states will vote for her. Other than that not much support or interest in her. We'll just have to see if the sum of those groups is greater than to normal who vote tomorrow
Good point: but these armed minorities are a real threat to freedom. Let’s hope Georgia people have the courage to ignore Jimmuh and Oprah and do the right thing.
“If she gets elected, I predict a rash of tragic boating accidents. “
Just read on another thread she’s behind 12 points!
Fort Sumter was the start of conversation, too.
Good question. Local TV can be just as PC censorial as the networks.
What part of “shall not be infringed” does the B-word not understand?
And upon WHAT legal authority does she imagine she has the standing and power to “require” that?
With scope on backwards . . . . . .
