Politicians like Ryan are why I’m a registered independent. And to all of those who think independents are middle of the road folk, it’s my experience you have it ass backwards. We’re far more like Trump than Ryan.

I am an independent because the GOP is too squishy.
Most of the elected GOP side with illegal aliens and their employers against the citizens and the rule of law.
They participated in the Kenyanesian Usurpation in violation of the Constitution.
If you live in an open or jungle primary state, then I guess there is some virtue in being “independent.” Otherwise, you are just disenfranchising yourself, and by not being involved in party politics to whatever extent you can do so, you are actually part of the problem. There is nothing good about being an independent and allowing the soulless to run/own both political parties.
Ryan is also the reason I left the Republican party - cromnibus in particular. Now I’m just a conservative who supports Trump no more parties for me don’t like being hung or bent over
