There is nothing good about being an independent and allowing the soulless to run/own both political parties

I flip to R should a primary interest me. After the vote, I become an "I" again. This cycle I'm voting straight R to protect Trump. That said, I positively refuse to vote for a Paul Ryan type.

We do not register by party in Virginia.
In primaries we can choose either R or D ballot.
I usually vote in the R primary unless there’s an opportunity for havoc in the D primary.
