If anyone else is on Twitter, try and tweet this. I did and Twitter said it appeared to be automated and would not allow me to do it, even from my personal twitter page.
Try rephrasing the information for your tweet in your own words rather than forwarding or copy/pasting it into a tweet. Perhaps Twitter is being flooded with individual tweets reading the exact same way and that’s why it’s rejecting it.
