1. stamps are not cancelled
2. It would not have been delivered since it would be considered anonymous mail
3. affixed postage is 3.00 starting price of 1st class package mail is 3.50, again not deliverable due to insufficient postage
These problems would have been detected at the receiving office, processing plant, delivering office, or carrier.
Fake mail, fake story
Chain of evidence is in doubt.
Send them to Home Depot or Lowe’s. Are they real or are they fake?. I think they are really fake.
