The RSBN pan shots of the rally show an immense crowd. I also noticed that school buses (dozens of them) have boxed in the crowd. I'm thinking that's a security measure.
Anyway, looks like a sparkling day in Nevada. I love that part of the country...Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and southwestern California - especially the Mojave desert area.
I think the buses are part of security, too.
Yes USSS often will line up trucks to block the downrange view of potential snipers. But school buses with all those windows, not so much.
Just got back from taking my twenty-something daughter to the rally. Trump was on all cylinders, and the crowd was just as happy and ebullient as he was. A lot of politicking, but also a lot of heartfelt vision for the country, and a whole lot of humor. He had great fun with the media bunch, and they actually seemed to be enjoying it. He had a good time sparring good-naturedly with a woman in the crowd, and got a resounding cheer when he implored us Nevadans not to become like Californians!
What a great time, under a cloudless sky on a beautiful Indian summer day, with people who love the guy. Never had a better start to a weekend!
