Looks like he’s playing a bit of chicken with Trump now. Trump has the leverage of releasing all the documents that will prove him innocent of all of this garbage, but Mueller says he’ll give determination AFTER the election.. meaning he will likely try to claim obstruction if Trump releases it before.
End goal for the Democrats here is to hamper Trump and the GOP in the Mid-terms and prevent him from dropping the bomb shell on the Democrats before this election.

You don’t have this guy’s speed yet. He wasn’t hired to FIND collusion. He was hired to CREATE collusion. He has been busy jailing people and only letting them out when they offer the testimony Mueller has authored for them to give.
Mueller will announce collusion because he can do nothing else.
