A university professor chided Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., for taking a DNA test to prove her Native American heritage, saying her action ultimately does more harm to Native Americans. Kim TallBear, part of the native studies faculty at the University of Alberta, said Monday that Warren taking a DNA test is yet another strike even if unintended against tribal sovereignty. In a statement, TallBear said Warren has refused to meet with Cherokee Nation community members who have challenged her ancestry claims.

Winning!
Gray Beaver deprived a real indian somewhere of a coveted affirmative action hire at Ivy League colleges.
She was tomahawked by the Cherokee Nation as well:
Later in the day, The Cherokee Nation issued a statement responding to the report —
A DNA test is useless to determine tribal citizenship. Current DNA tests do not even distinguish whether a persons ancestors were indigenous to North or South America. Sovereign tribal nations set their own legal requirements for citizenship, and while DNA tests can be used to determine lineage, such as paternity to an individual, it is not evidence for tribal affiliation. Using a DNA test to lay claim to any connection to the Cherokee Nation or any tribal nation, even vaguely, is inappropriate and wrong. It makes a mockery out of DNA tests and its legitimate uses while also dishonoring legitimate tribal governments and their citizens, who ancestors are well documented and whose heritage is prove. Senator Warren is undermining tribal interests with her continued claims of tribal heritage.
Gets out the popcorn
Suppose that Fauxcahontas really is part Cherokee. Is anyone seriously going to argue that she personally experienced any hardship because of that "fact?" Is giving her a slot on the Harvard faculty going to make up for the Trail of Tears?
Minority set-asides are a racket for the connected...
What about us pale faces who want to "identify" as Sioux?
Mostly because gray beaver is a stupid fu**ing halfwit
Where are the Freepers now that said this DNA test shows Trump made a mistake and he should drop it? #stillwinning
Just waiting for Ward Churchill to chime in.
Denying DNA as a test is ultimately a losing proposition. But I guess as long as they can prevent a large enough sample, they can do this. I figure they have a number of tribe members not genetically part of the tribe. Plus, the Cherokee tribe, as example, goes to great effort to not allow any otherwise qualifying person be recognized if they have any Africas black roots. They want a pass on their bias.
White privilege meets race privilege. Ya gotta love it! Reminds me of the implosion of a pack of cards!
I was wondering if Kim Tallbear had ever chimed in on Ward Churchill?
Not that I mind her dumping on Fauxcahontas.
I love it when a plan comes together. -the A Team.
PC privileges go to Warren as feminist and phony Nat.Am.
Then tries to get more pats on the back and it blows up in her face like a joke store exploding cigar.
Heap big trouble with the *real* Native Americans who didn’t find her wealthy white feminist country club condescending arrogance amusing.
Like Dems who say,in effect, “All you blacks owe it to us to always vote straight Dem after all we did for you. Remember that.”
Sounds like her campaign is off to a roaring start.
Same as the ones who said Prof. Ford took a lie detector test so has to be as honest as Stormy Daniels.
And only one man in a high window shot JFK several times and was the lone killer-—the Deep State said so.
Always safer to stick with President Donald Trump.
MAGA
Or that white gal who was tanning herself and kinking her hair to appear black?
Sounds like something Hillary would say. Am I right?
You are very perceptive.
We all owe total allegiance to Hillary, in her mind. Ugly and gnarled up as it is.
I was always a big fan of the University of North Dakota Fighting Sioux. Do I qualify? How do I get in on this gravy train? 😁🤣😂 Maybe someone should tell that wench, when digging herself into a hole, its wise to stop digging.
