I am very fortunate. I live in Northern Holmes County. I got almost no damage, even my TV antenna is still good. Limbs all over my yard.
I even got power back although just about everything in the refrigerator is spoiled. Also got cell phone service back late Friday.
It really blew here too but nothing like other places.
Snap scrub pine like toothpicks....and then send them as darts through the air at 150 mph.....

In the US over 100 people die in transportation accidents each day.
Had this happen near my house. A “Red Pine” stand of trees (hundreds) was laid flat by I don’t know what.
Mini tornado? UFO? It looked a lot like that photo.
Upstate NY just 6 or 8 miles outside Ithaca.

I think I accidentally killed my dog.
Yesterday I gave him a half pound of bacon which I was afraid to eat. Today he has disappeared. I began to wonder and looked it up. Bacon can be deadly to dogs.

At least 4 F-22’s were caught in their hangar at Tyndall AFB.
They might be able to be repaired.
Access road destroyed near Air Station, lots of siding and roof damage, blown out windows, undermined foundations, but not the disaster that it would have been if the hurricane path was slightly more to the east
