I hate sticking up for a leftist, but the guy OBVIOUSLY meant his comment as a sarcastic reference to the Kavanaugh situation and did not seriously mean he was going to throw the woman to the ground and rape her. He recognized this and apologized, and that should have been that. - Pravious
Reading the text isn’t going to tell you that the man in question is not not young, and is not physically intimidating. He was arguing a point (which doesn’t come out in the snippet) and he used words he shouldn’t have. I have to agree: “snowflake" behavior.
