Some time ago, Kyle S. Reyes, CEO of a company called the Silent Partner Marketing, got sick and tired of dealing with prospective employees who were a poor match with his business philosophy. We get hundreds and hundreds of people reaching out to work for us, he said. I realized it was a time suck on my staff and me to be weeding through endless piles of paper trying to find the handful of people who actually want to hustle for a living and would be a great fit for our company. So Ive implemented something that is going to give HR managers and the PC Police night sweats. I lovingly refer to it as the Snowflake Test.
The Snowflake Test, as it turns out, was a series of 30 questions designed to gauge an applicants views on such things as guns, faith, work ethic, morality, patriotism, company benefits, salaries, and similar tangible and intangible subjects.
The test was stunningly effective, even with people who never took it. A blizzard of snowflakes blasted Reyes for his insensitivity and demanded safe spaces from his triggering questions. I was scolded by a woman on the phone yesterday who told me she wouldnt take the test and shame on me for making people take a test to come work for us, he recalled. She demanded I remove the test or risk losing out on perfect employees like herself.
Meanwhile, Reyes was besieged by businesses requesting his list of questions so they, too, could implement their own Snowflake Tests.

To #26, why am I in a Starbucks?
Knew of a guy who had a 250+ company. The day after Obama was elected he drove through his company parking lot and took down the plate numbers of everyone who had an Obama sticker on their car. Later, as business started to decline due to Obama, those car owners were the first ones laid off. Karma baby.
The big corporations figured this out a long time ago lowering wages to make it tough for the male to support families on just the male’s income.
Peter Hitchens over in the UK noticed low wages in the USSR that did the same thing when he was a reporter there, so whatta you know, the big business clowns learned something from the Soviet Union.
No wonder we have gotten so frustrated we sent them a message in 2016 by electing Donald J. Trump as our president.
Legal questions or not, the Hitlery DOJ would have this guy and his company drawn and quartered by now.
19th century rules killed by the 19th amendment. What a coincidence
“...I will take a few years, but women will come to realize that theyve made a terrible mistake....”
Yep. Over the years, I’ve had some really good ones that helped keep us going and did everything they could to keep the business and organization running smoothly: very dedicated, hard-working gals that I made sure were paid well and their families were taken care of.
On the other side of that coin, I had some I couldn’t get rid of fast enough. The ratio: about 1 out of every 30 or so was the dedicated, hard-working type. Some were actually fired on the same day they were hired. I wish I had that questionnaire way back when...LOL...but I learned “to weed em out” the hard way. The feminist movement has really done nothing for women except make em look bad.

No pity. MGTOW.
Sorry, ladies, but some of you feel you have the right to accuse a man of rape 36 years after it happened or didn’t happen. You punish us for saying “ma’am”, a word used to politely address a woman. You feel that you deserve special privileges and benefits.
Finally, you trash us for saying “ladies” without giving any explanation.
Some of you hate men and are unable to work with a man because your false image of a man replaces the real one in your brain, and you consider him a rapist and a sexist brute.
So, if we are careful about who we hire, it’s to protect ourselves.
Women in the workplace is one of those. Young, attractive women are singled out for special treatment by men and young, attractive men are singled out for special treatment by women. The young women know this, many of them do everything they can to maximize their sexual attractiveness because it creates opportunities for them. Truly unethical young women actively use sex to advance their career.
Older female managers almost universally discriminate in favor of younger, less qualified men that they find attractive.
ll this is why previous generations maintained a sexually segregated workforce. Sexual politics completely overwhelms workplace ethics and most people don’t even realize what they are doing when they are showing favoritism to younger attractive people of the opposite sex.
What are the correct answers? Just curious.
Don’t hire either women OR minorities. You will live to regret it
Dont hire ANYbody w/ a name chosen randomly from a Zimbabwe phone book......they are just a lawsuit looking for a place to happen.
This guy is a perfect example of the Ed Asner syndrome. A hard core lefty that plays a lovable conservative.
Mike Pence is my Sexual Sensei.
My brother just last night told me about a man fired from his work. Why? He was at a managers retreat playing ping pong with a lady from HR, they were all drinking wine, well she hit the ball really hard and it bounced up and smacked him in his forehead. He said, “ouch, you bitch” in a joking way.
When HR older lady went back to the office Monday after the retreat, she found some HR policy where that remark constituted sexual harassment got him fired.
I am aware, but I do like the character though. I can distinguish reality vs. fantasy.
