Agreed. Let's rule only based on the literal meaning of the Constitution and the letter of the law in question. No more references to foreign law, popularity, the penumbra, or social justice. Just restore the rule of law.

A lot of us questioned the legitimacy of the Presidency after the Øbama inauguration.
Every step of this has been so utterly predictable and transparent. The upside - it shows clearly that these people would rather destroy a good person, rip apart our Constitutionally-prescribed processes, and destroy the Supreme Court itself than lose. And Holder may be the ugliest of the bunch.

As Bill Clinton was exiting the White House as a bruised and battered SEX OFFENDER (if the Dems can say it, so can we!), Hillary was running her NY Senate Campaign from the same address even though she forcibly stated that they were BROKE from all the legal costs!
Then, surprise, surprise, surprise, the wife, Denise Rich, of a convicted tax evader & fugitive, Marc Rich, just happened to fund $100k into Hillary’s campaign AND $450k to the Clinton Presidential Library Foundation.
