Pence won’t need to break the tie.. as long as 50 GOP vote yay, a few Dems will join them.

Daines was on FOX last night saying he won’t be there to vote due to his daughter’s wedding but there is an option to hold the vote open until he returns. That’s all well and good until the demonrats find someway around it. He needs to get his vote in on time. Bring the wedding to the WH if need be.
