When will the CPL either be arrested, legally silenced, or disbarred? His 15 minutes of porn fame has to end soon, don’t ya think?

Once upon a time there used to be something called “criminal slander/libel.” It needs reviving.

15 “One witness cannot establish any iniquity or sin against a person, whatever that person has done. A fact must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.

16 “If a malicious witness testifies against someone accusing him of a crime, 17 the two people in the dispute are to stand in the presence of the Lord before the priests and judges in authority at that time. 18 The judges are to make a careful investigation, and if the witness turns out to be a liar who has falsely accused his brother, 19 you must do to him as he intended to do to his brother. You must purge the evil from you. 20 Then everyone else will hear and be afraid, and they will never again do anything evil like this among you. 21 Do not show pity: life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, and foot for foot. - Deuteronomy 19

Dershhowitz is a lib, but he is a relatively principled and honest one.

One of the few left of a dying breed.

I’ve seen the suggestion that someone convicted of making false sexual assault/rape charges be sentenced to the same sentence the falsely accused person either received or would have received. Those sentences are stiff - this would go a long way to stopping such destructive charges that destroy people’s lives.

In my state, here are the penalties:

Penalties You Could Face for a Sexual Assault and Battery Conviction

The sentence you could face will depend on whether you are convicted of or plead guilty to a misdemeanor or felony charge. You could face the following sentences:

Attempted Sexual Battery and Simple Sexual Battery. This is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of $2,500.

Aggravated Sexual Battery. You could be sentenced to prison for up to 20 years and have a fine of up to $100,000.

Sexual Battery When Infected. This carries a sentence from one to five years in prison and a maximum fine of $2,500.

Attempted Sexual Battery. The sentence would be no different that if you were convicted of simple sexual battery.

Rape. You could be sentenced to a long prison sentence of between five years and life in prison.

At the very least Christine Ford deserves a cream pie in the face from Kavanaugh’s daughters.

This has got to be done. I think one of the reasons that Flakey Ford’s ex-“boyfirend” came forward is that he was worried about false charges and she was clearly a nutcase who might do anything, including turn on him.

Dershowitz leads push to seriously punish false accusers: Women who willfully lie should go to prison

Dershowitz is right - if this doesn't happen - women will be set up by thugs to 'do the perjury'... Just like underage kids run drugs because the penalty is less... Bad incentive to give passes on lies at this level.

“Women who willfully lie should go to prison”

Take it easy Al. You’d break up lots of happy couples.

The Queen of my Life lies to me every day telling me how handsome I am.

Lying in court?
You Betcha! Off with their Heads!

Absolutely! They need to be prosecuted to the fullest extent. This is all starting to sound a contrived and coordinated effort to subvert a lawful process. Seems like the same coup Mueller and all of the fired FBI people are part of. Just like some kind of little sleeper cell activated to destroy the administration of Pres. Trump. It all sounds like more players have been added to the treasonous plot to take down America. I’ve been saying for a while that people won’t stop committing more seditious acts long enough to get arrested.

When you add in what James O’Keefe has been uncovering they seem to be everywhere.

Boy, after losing their pussy hats over the Kavanaugh appointment, something like this may cause a lot of public breakdowns by "feminists" who can't deal with reality. Suicide week, maybe?

Using the same penalties as the crimes would have applied if the man was guilty. That plus generous civil judgements to the male victims. Maybe now we can pursue a few of these issues.

Dershovitz has mostly leftist politics I don’t agree with

but
he is frequently honest and comes out for righteousness, decency, morality, truth....

before anyone flames me for saying anything positive about Dersh, my point is simply that he is far more honest about many things than HilLIARy, Pelosi, Obammy, and all the rest
