Trump suggested the FBI investigation might even reveal who leaked an allegation of sexual assault against Kavanaugh by Ford and he hinted that it could be Feinstein.

Because certainly her body language was not exactly very good when they asked her that question, so I would like to find out, as part of it, who leaked the papers, which Democrats leaked the papers."

Well not to defend her but I just watched it and she said the remodel was completed in 2012 and took a loooong time.
That's where I am at today. And wondering if she will be really really discarded.

The whole story is bs imo. she has a PhD in psychology with ties to the CIA I’m hearing. She knew exactly how to dress, make her hair, talk, glasses all and carefully crafted ruse. That is what the FBI needs to investigate.
The meek, “terrified” bookworm schtick was a carefully choreographed routine. Most people listened superficially, including the president apparently (or his handlers instructed him to say what he said), so on that score she looked credible. It was a presentation for someone whose story has more holes than a sieve, and luckily, they gave her the kid glove treatment because the GOP was too terrified to have a defense attorney properly cross-examine her.
The gaping gaps in her memory aside, I’m trying to imagine the Democrats glossing over a flight phobia keeping Kavanaugh from appearing sooner only to discover that he routinely flies all over the country and world for work and leisure. Something tells me they’d call him an outright liar, which he would be in that case. For Ford, well it’s just...nothing?, I dunno.
In the end, I don’t think it would have mattered. Dick Dustbin would have asked her her level of certainly that it was Kav, and she’d still say 100%. Flake would have buckled, and we’d still be where we are.
FBI deep state corruption notwithstanding, even I don’t think there’s any way they can really bungle this unless they give an opinion of the investigation which doesn’t sqare with the testimony they collected. I don’t think they issue opinions in these cases, but we’re seeing a lot of firsts these days. The evidence (or lack thereof) is such that Kavanaugh might come out of this looking even cleaner.
Of course, I still have zero confidence in Flake, especially with these televised circle jerks he’s doing with the Bearded Marxist occupying dumbass Biden’s seat. But, Collins is on the ballot in 2020 and I have to think she knows her political career is over if she risks leaving this seat open by the time she faces voters. Mitch seems confident he has their votes after this nothingburger is investigated again.
And in the end I hope kav Sue’s the crap out of her for defamation if the investigation validates her as a fraud. Even if kav gets confirmed he needs to go after Ford full steam ahead. I’m sure she makes a good salary and he could use some of it.
No matter how Collins votes on kav, either way she needs to go. Her new name is Mrs. Arlen Specter.

There’s a reason her social media was scrubbed before she became a public name. My guess as to that reason: She had many pictures of her Resisting, cursing our Trump, wearing a pussy hat or supporting something like Antifa.

Before the week of interviews, the FBI must continue to investigate who leaked the letter.
The people who leaked the letter are the people who are behind this circus.

Kavanaugh is in. Flake was squeezing Congress and the White House for concessions, contracts, etc. for the lobbyists who own him, in exchange for his yes vote. He is set for life.

I still think there is more strangeness with the letter. The original was written in early July to Eshoo, then copied and hand-carried some time later to Frankenfein. The date couldn’t be July 30th. The leaked letter may be a creative copy that was written by someone else. It isn’t signed, and doesn’t seem to be written by someone with good writing skills.
Has anyone seen the original?
