To: frog in a pot

I agree I thought the prosecutor was too soft on Dr Ford but I saw commentary from prosecutors that the strategy is best on alleged sex assault victims i.e don’t attack them directly.

I think the morning didn’t go well but Judge Kavanaugh’s impassioned defense saved the day (as did Clarence Thomas). Anecdotal evidence from twitter accounts I follow said average people were sobbing during his opening statement.

Good points.

The judge also demonstrated his strength to America and the fact he can remain steadfast and level-headed during times of great stress. He is a great asset for a sane nation.

But Mitchell did catch her in some outright lies. Also found out who directed her to katz, who paid for polygraph and she was on east coast all along. Also that she never gave DiDi permission. Combative approach would not have worked. Can you imagine if 11 old white senators had questioned her?
