Once the red state Dems see that the Republicans will all vote yes, several will fall in line for political/election cover.

He’ll end up with 55 to 57. IMHO.

He may get more than that. Some of these people are tired of listening to Schumer and Feinstein about how to vote.

IIRC, Scalia was 99-1.
