Who knows for sure? Little limp-wristed Fruitcake Flake nancy boy will probably change his mind 10 more times before the sun comes up Monday morning.

No- he voted yes. The condition he asked for has no legal standing. Grassley said there was a gentleman’s agreement that he would advocate Flakes “condition”. I assume that means that he would do so to McConnell. But no one on the committee has any power to force the “condition”. As long as McConnell says no then everything proceeds as normal.

That is my understanding.
