Grassley didn’t rule on the delay. Flake spoke, and then Grassley called the roll and they voted.

Uhhm, someone might want to tell Flake that the Judiciary committee can't "order" the full Senate to delay anything. Once they advance it to the floor, it's totally out of their hands. Grassley just might have pulled a quick one on Flake to get him to advance the nomination to the floor.
