(Washington, D.C.) – Today, U.S. Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) issued the following statement after Dr. Christine Blasey Ford and Judge Kavanaugh testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
“This morning I was one of the many people across the country watching with tears in my eyes as Dr. Ford so bravely and eloquently shared her experience of being sexually assaulted by Judge Kavanaugh with the United States Senate and her fellow Americans. And when she said that she was ‘100% sure’ that Judge Kavanaugh was the one who attacked her all those years ago, I believed her.

But I think Judge Kavanaugh responded extremely well, toughed it out, and will be confirmed.

Western Washington state....it really IS an alternate universe. Thank the Lord I will be moving away from it soon.
For some reason there is this perception that WA State wants and has “clean government”. I don’t know where people get that idea. To an outsider like me, it seems to be crooked as hell. I mean, Christine Fraudoire stole the governorship from Dino Rossi with what, three or so “recounts”? All that sham turned out to be was “finding” (i.e., manufacturing) votes.
The Democrats have several things in their favor in any polictical debate.
1. They have no shame. They can say or do anything without fear of being called out on it. Even when they contradict themselves.
2. The mainstream media will provide cover for them as well as amplify any talking point they are using. The media will also attempt to shut down any opposing views.
3. Last and most importantly, the Democrats never give up, even when they lose they stay on point. They fill the airways with their lies and enough people believe them they remain in power.
The reason they are fighting so hard over Kavanaugh is that they know if they lose the Supreme Court they will lose almost everything they have put into place over the past 80 years as much of it has been unconstitutional. It is only the Liberal courts that gave them protection on interfering with our daily lives.
