Cruz is in a very tight race here in Texas
*************
Is Cruz really in that tight of a race? Been gone for a few years and
haven’t really followed it that closely. I can’t see Beto winning
but strange things happen. People forget that Texas was in the Dem
fold up until GW Bush won the Governors race as a Republican.
With this being a statewide race for the top Officials on down I
just don’t see Beto winning. I think the state will elect Cruz.
It’s going to be tight..though Cruz will pull it out..it’s going to be a see-saw back and forth ride!
The polls are tighter than I would like. There are a decent number of Beto signs here in Houston. Almost no Cruz signs.
The primary numbers in Harris County were troubling. Usually, Republican primary voters outnumber Democrats 2-1 in Harris County mid-term election years. This year, Democrats actually outnumbered Republicans, albeit by a narrow margin.
That said, even hipster-liberal bastions of Houston like Montrose don’t have as many Beto signs as you might expect with all of the hype, and Republicans rarely put out yard signs and bumper stickers around here anyway.
I don’t believe that Cruz is in trouble crap.
It’s their only offense...make believe.
Beto has stated that he wants open borders and wants taxpayers to pay for the healthcare and welfare of mexican immigrants.
