Accountability on the part of the female is not material in any way shape or fashion. Again, not facetious. It just carries no weight.
It does with respect to the alleged attacker, however.

In terms of consent drinking is not an issue, however drinking may effect her memory of the event.
I also think the current standard of sexual assault is ridiculous. By today’s definition a teenage boy trying to get to second base (even over the clothes) during a makeout session is guilty of sexual assault if the girl objects. Sexual assault used to mean something serious, now it can be almost meaningless.
