They don't understand. She showed that Ford could lie easily and that she is somewhat out of it when it comes to memory. Also she didn't attack the "poor little flower." All she was there for was to keep the fence-sitters in the Senate on our side. It's not trying to please the public, other attorney's, leftist news people.
She showed that the Democrats hired the lawyers; the Democrats leaked it to the press; and the Democrats held the matter until the very last moment.
As Mitchell said at the end, the process she took (which was managed by the Democrats) was the worst possible way to handle this.
