You’re right about everything you say - except do you really think Trump WON’T nominate anyone else? Or do you mean that no one in their right mind would agree to be nominated, seeing what’s happened to Kavanaugh?

This strategy of theirs was brilliant:
1. Hit Kavanaugh so bad nobody will ever want to go through the process ever again.
2. Ensure no male ever again gets nominated, ever. Pack the courts with women. Right or left, the sisterhood will likely out.
3. If lucky, Kavanaugh is defeated. A bonus.
4. Kavanaugh passes. Likely going to happen anyway, but the bridge to the court for men of any color has been burned to a crisp.
