Who is Whelan?
Ed Whelan is the guy who figured out it was Garrett’s house and that she probably got him and K mixed up. Whelan was Scalia’s clerk or some such.

Two men came forward as possibly/probably being the man Ford recalls as “attacking” her. Some believe one of the men is the one Whelan put out there as being so similar to Kavanaugh when they were kids that he could’ve been the guy. Name of Garrett or something.
