I do not have a TV at the office. I am following this by simply scrolling around at Free Republic. but it reads like she is doing the right thing. Incidentally, I won 7 out of 9 of the cases I defended, which would fall into this category, and there were atypical aspects of the two that were lost.
People should not expect a lawyer to act like an actor playing Prosecutor on TV or the movie.. It is almost always far better to speak with a touch of gentle sadness, and adduce the facts that make your case. The shouting types do not get it. That is all right at a political rally or a school pep rally. It is far from likely to effectively make a point that is in dispute.

I would say, she comes across as very credible-but I felt the same way after Anita Hill testified - I think we had to wait 24 hours til we heard from Clarence Thomas back then. But ... she does have some memory gaps that leave questions in my mind. She cant remember if she showed her medical records to WP ... THREE WEEKS AGO !!!

There was an old rule of thumb, William Kuntsler or Johnnie Cochrain if you're guilty. Gloria Allred, or, now CPL Avenatti if you're lying. In reality "activist" lawyers do not have a good won/loss record. If I had to go to court to so much as answer a parking ticket, shysters like them couldn't pay me to hire them.

Ok, thanks for that input.
