She can’t prove Brett was drinking before the party. How the hell does she know what he was doing before she got there, if he was even there.

She just lied a few moments ago. She doesn’t remember if she or Kavanaugh arrived first but insists he had been drinking BEFORE the gathering.
That’s impossible to know if he arrived before her.
