More than 60 individuals who say they knew Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh in high school on Wednesday rebutted a fresh accusation of sexual misconduct against Kavanaugh.
The men and women wrote in a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and ranking member Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) that an allegation that Kavanaugh was present at a high school party where there was a gang rape is "nonsense."
"We never witnessed any behavior that even approaches what is described in this allegation. It is reprehensible," they wrote in the letter, which was released by the White House.
Michael Avenatti, the attorney who represents Stormy Daniels, on Wednesday released sworn testimony from a client, Julie Swetnick, who accused Kavanaugh of being present at a house party in high school where she was drugged and raped by multiple boys.
Swetnick also alleged that Kavanaugh had been involved in groping women, something Kavanaugh strongly denied in a statement released by the White House on Wednesday afternoon.
“This is ridiculous and from the Twilight Zone. I don’t know who this is and this never happened," he said.
The high school contemporaries of Kavanaugh in their letter to Grassley and Feinstein said that they "do not recall having ever met" Swetnick and defended Kavanaugh as a "good man."
"In the extensive amount of time we collectively spent with Brett, we do not recall having ever met someone named Julie Swetnick," they wrote. "Nor did we ever observe Brett engaging in any conduct resembling that described in Ms. Swetnick’s declaration."
"Brett Kavanaugh is a good man. He has always treated women with respect and decency," they added.
Kavanaugh is scheduled to testify Thursday at a hearing in front of the Judiciary committee on allegations that he sexually assaulted another woman, Christine Blasey Ford, in high school. The committee will also hear Thursday from Ford, who has said that Kavanaugh pinned her to a bed at a party in the 1980s and attempted to remove her clothes.

But, to the left, you only need to accuse a conservative for that person to be guilty.
If 77 percent of rapes are not reported, out of a dozen rapes there should be at least 3 or 4 reported.

My strategy would be (after confirmation) appeal to males who could be put in jail by a jilted girlfriend years later on her say so.
Maybe show handcuffs and pushing male into a holding cell like they do for DWI ads in some states on TV. And a grinning female with her arms folded. Might work.
Had these wild sexual parties really happened, I guarantee you every kid in the school would have heard of it. And teachers. And parents. and police.

Just turned on news there is another allegation just sent to the Senate. This is from a woman who says her daughter witnessed Kav. shrove a woman against a wall in a sexual way back in 1998.
They are coming out the wood-work. This is way they wanted the delay. Needed time to get back up for Ford.
Watched Trump’s news conference. Reporter asked why he believed Kavanaugh instead of the women. Should have asked the reporter, why do you believe the women and not Kavanaugh?
This is not a hard thing to do.. to pick which one to believe. I don’t know what the people do today, but we used to be friends with the ones we trusted.. the good people. We did not associate with the bad kids.. the ones who got into trouble and no trust. It wasn’t hard to distinguish between the good and the bad kids. We all knew what the reputation was of those kids we knew ... we didn’t want to be with the bad reputation.. it would tarnish our own.
These women talk about parties... they are not clean parties... they are wild. Were all parties like that in the 80’s? Did this kind of “play” go on all the time? I had teen age and adult kids in that time period. There were no such wild parties they ever attended. They would not have liked to be in that kind of crowd.
Those women, today, do not know what/where/when.. and Maybe, they don’t know, but if feinstine wants him to be there, then we can say Bret was there... and we are suposed to believe them?!! That’s not a hard call to make.. PLUS.. feinstine had the letter.. she talked privately and with others, to Kavanaugh.. never mentioning or asking about the letter. PLUS the dems want Kavanaugh OUT.. they do not want him in the SC.. so she brings out the letter at the last minute.
Put it all together and it’s not hard to figure out who is lying and who is being lied about. If they think every kid goes to parties when there is one... in the 80’s.. that’s not true.
I hate to see unfairness.. and hate it when it’s taken out on a good man and his family. For anyone to believe the women.. they have to be liberal left leaning and want to believe it. Otherwise, it’s not believable by any sane person!

Me to the Senate: Take the vote — and if Kavanaugh doesn’t make it, put up another candidate; then another. Trump has a slew of candidates who would vote on the Court the same way Kavanaugh would.
There are many private prep schools in Montgomery County, especially in the wealthy areas of Holton Arms and Georgetown Prep. Back then most of them were single sex schools.

The Democratic machine has come a long way since the days of selling a vote for a shot of booze in a bar - stuff my elderly relatives talked about happening many years back- first guy to vote steals the ballot and takes it back to the precinct boss in the bar who fills it out, another guy takes it with him to vote and puts it in the ballot box instead of new ballot given him, and so it goes all night.
