"Valid" for what?

It probably has no evidentiary value. I can't even get certified to conduct business with some of my clients without a notarized document attesting to a number of things related to my name, licensure, company, conflicts of interest, etc.

Valid an even a “declaration”.
Meaning if she lied in it can she still be nailed for perjury without it being notarized ?
