If he’s rejected for the Court, it means they think he’s guilty of attempted rape, flashing, and whatever else they are saying he did- and that’s the only time castration would make sense.

not really; this is not a court of law proceeding, but merely a mechanism to determine whether accusations brought forth are worthy of dismissal of the candidate...it says nothing about guilt or innocence, and is not designed to do so...
