Just look at that e-mail exchange to see how ludicrous this Avenatti "bombshell" is:

AVENATTI TWITTER POST: "We have evidence of sexual misconduct."

U.S. SENATE ATTORNEY: "I am writing in response to your Twitter message. Please provide any information you have related to that allegation."

AVENATTI: "Just ask Kavanaugh these questions. I'll get back to you later."

Notice that Avenatti never says anything that is verifiably false and could expose him to legal trouble.
