Lawyer Michael Avenatti told the Senate Judiciary Committee late Sunday that he has multiple witnesses who claim Brett Kavanaugh participated in gang rapes of drunk women during high school.
Avenatti, who made a name for himself as Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, had previously said that he had more information about Kavanaugh’s high school years, shortly before a second woman accused the Supreme Court justice nominee of sexual misconduct.
“We are aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C. area during the early 1980s during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and others would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a ‘train’ of men to subsequently gang rape them,” Avenatti said in an email to Mike Davis, chief counsel for nominations for the Senate Committee on the Judiciary.

Do any of these liberal apologists know that Kavanaugh already have a LIFETIME appointment as a sitting federal judge? Does that fact make any difference to any of them?
Or put another way, are they going to go on a crusade to impeach him as a federal judge, over this nonsense? Because if the issue is a LIFETIME appointment, he already has a LIFETIME appointment. So what are they going to do about that inconvenient truth????

Just to let people know what that means (6 FBI investigations), I had to get a secret clearance at the end of my Marine career. I’m sure mine was mild compared to what Kavenaugh went through. However, they literally went back to my elementary school not to mention all of my credit card history etc... They interviewed all kinds of people. Just imagine what they do to a Supreme Court nominee.
