Not really. She will not testify and has no intention of testifying as her story will fall apart under close questioning. Grassley can then inform all of the numerous attempts he has made to accomodate her testimony of which she refused to do. He then says, she is not her by her own volition and we now call the vote.

Grassley is a moron. She will continue to stall, keep bitching about them not meeting her demands, try & push this well into October... Grassley has put himself in a deep hole, he’s played this out so long, he’s stuck until they hear from her... he simply won’t have to balls to say enough is enough. He’s afraid the media will blast him for denying her to tell her story & that not allowing her to testify will hurt republicans in the November election.. I’m really starting to believe Kavanaugh is done, unless GOP retains enough seats after the election
