Jeff Flake, who has been going along with Democrat efforts to delay testimony from Kavanaugh’s accuser, is preparing to vote “present” on Kavanaugh when his nomination comes to a vote in the Senate Judiciary Committee, per sources.

Well it’s no secret Flake is all about anything that’s against what this administration wants. We’ve known this for a long wile now..........and Collins will always hold out for bribes from the highest bidder. I wish they’d go after her for that and others like her.

Beginning to look as if the voted aren’t there after all and both sides want more time to play this game rather than take the vote.

A present vote by Flake in committee would likely mean a tie vote and it comes out of committee with no recommendation. If he votes present in the full Senate, I don’t know what it means - tie vote with Pence breaking a tie if no one else defects?

If it’s just Flake holding up the process, and every other member of the GOP is on board for moving this forward, McConnell should strip him of his judiciary committee seat. Let him become a Rat. It’s still a 50-50 senate, and the nomination still goes forward with Pence breaking the tie.
